Grant Opportunities

Our aim is to introduce a wide range of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Hungary to modern, software-based support for business decision-making, thereby improving the quality of their business decisions.

To this end, we would like to implement pilot projects through which decision-makers receive free consulting and software access during a complex business decision-making process.

The pilot projects are carried out according to an individual schedule, but typically a process is completed within 1–4 weeks and requires 2–4 hours of personal participation from the decision-maker(s) on individual occasions. The support also includes conducting the process at the company’s own headquarters or premises using our consultants’ own equipment, so the decision-maker does not need to travel or provide any special technical equipment.

During the pilot projects, applicants receive free consulting support and a user licence for the Doctus KBS software, limited to the duration of the process.

The pilot projects involve no additional costs or obligations for applicants following the completion of the project!

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from managers and decision-makers of companies employing at least 10 people from all over Hungary, which serve more than one customer (i.e. are not suppliers to a single large enterprise) and are facing a specific decision-making situation. We also welcome applications from startups that have already progressed beyond the seed stage.

Companies undergoing liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings are not eligible to participate in the application process.

Large enterprises are not eligible to participate in the application process.

In what typical decision-making situations do we recommend applying?

  • When evaluating suppliers
  • When evaluating customers
  • When selecting an R&D project
  • Taking out a loan
  • When evaluating a business plan and product portfolio
  • In the case of an “Innovation vs. benchmark (leading practice)” dilemma
